Okay I’ve read so many forums and I know we all stress about these levels and some people say not to worry but once you’ve had over two losses, it’s pretty hard to not. Still staying positive but just want to hear if anyone has experienced hcg not doubling but not decreasing. That’s about a 32.8% increase in two days.Barring hunger from an hCG dosage issue, which is KEY to finding the no hunger sweet spot on this diet, finding out if fruits (and I didn’t mention it but this goes for the melba/grissini as well) are causing trouble for you on this protocol that doesn’t need to be there could make this diet much more do-able for you. What to do. a. Take hCG injections. (please see my article on finding the best dose of hCG for you) Most feel the least hunger on 125iu or 150iu- this will be 12.5 units or 15 units on the injection syringe if you mix hCG in 1:1 ratio) b. Eat high fat foods / higher calorie intake than usual. The HCG was a mistake because on top of the estrogen produced from the TRT dosage, you piled more estrogen on top of more estrogen from simply being on the HCG. As it is your TRT dosage is way too high, I would decrease it by more than half and inject smaller dosages because you are crazy sensitive to testosterone. I would do 20mg EOD..
